1. Click to Create an Account and Start an Application

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account. You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as you have the ability to save information in the application as you go! There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

2. Review and Submit

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit."

3. Request/Submit Required Documents

Upon acceptance, St. Rita School will need the following items, which you will be asked to upload via St. Rita Catholic School's online enrollment form:

1. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate
2. Report card(s) from previous school(s) - Students entering 2nd-8th grades only
3. Immunization records
4. Health and dental records
